Jaime Glas Odom didn’t just step into male-dominated industries, she transformed them with style and substance. Armed with degrees in Petroleum Engineering and International Trade & Finance, she began her career as an engineer in Houston, TX, where she quickly noticed a major oversight: no flame-resistant workwear made for women. Inspired to change that, she launched Hautework, the first-ever female-specific FR apparel brand, designed and built while working full-time in the field. The movement she sparked grew so strong it caught national attention and was later acquired by a leading workwear manufacturer.

What began as a mission to make women feel seen and confident at work evolved into a passion for helping them shine everywhere. A lifelong collector of novelty, sparkle-filled pieces, Jaime channeled that same spirit into her next venture, Queen of Sparkles, a brand born to celebrate joy, individuality, and the power of standing out.
