What We Do
Queen of Sparkles was founded by Jaime Glas Odom, whose path into fashion began in engineering. Early in her career, Jaime identified a critical gap in the market, female-specific flame-retardant apparel. She went on to create the first women specific line of protective workwear, engineered specifically for women, merging technical precision with intentional design. That same commitment to designing thoughtfully for women ultimately led her to found Queen of Sparkles.
Today, Queen of Sparkles is known for its expressive and elevated approach to women’s apparel, celebrating individuality, storytelling, and joy through bold, fashion-forward design. The brand has cultivated a highly engaged audience by translating cultural moments, nostalgia, and iconic storytelling into wearable pieces that feel modern, intentional, and distinctly feminine, while maintaining deep respect for the original source material.
Queen of Sparkles has extensive experience working within licensed partnerships and established approval processes across major studios, sports organizations, and heritage brands. The brand currently holds over 45 NCAA licenses and has designs Kim Mulkey's custom sideline looks. Past and ongoing collaborations include Universal’s Wicked, Coca-Cola, the New Orleans Saints, the New Orleans Pelicans, and most recently Café du Monde. Each partnership reflects the brand’s ability to thoughtfully reinterpret beloved institutions and stories through a new lens.
As the brand continues to grow, Queen of Sparkles is interested in exploring selective, licensing partnerships that align with its values and creative perspective. The team is deeply familiar with licensing workflows, approvals, brand guidelines, and asset usage, and approaches each collaboration with care, creativity, and respect for the integrity of the licensed property.
